Common issues and fixes during your Ender 3 PRO CNC build.

1. Frame Issues

• Frame not square: Adjust diagonal measurements.
• XY joints binding: Loosen wheels slightly and re-align.

2. Carriage & Z-axis Issues

• Z carriage binds: Check MGN12H rail alignment.
• Leadscrew doesn’t turn smoothly: Verify coupler alignment and thread engagement.

3. Belts & Spindle

• Belts slipping: Retighten or replace clamps.
• Spindle not secure: Adjust printed clamp or use alternative spacer.

4. Wiring & Electronics

• Limit switch not triggered: Check wiring and press-fit alignment.
