Dremel Clamp

This chapter covers attaching your spindle or Dremel clamp.

1. Parts Required

1pc Dremel or Ø52–65mm Clamp Buy/Printed Depends on spindle choice

2. Spindle / Dremel Clamp Installation

  1. Choose the clamp compatible with your spindle/Dremel.
  2. Attach the clamp to the X carriage plate using M3 or M5 screws as per your design.
  3. Slide spindle or Dremel into the clamp.
  4. Adjust the height and secure tightly.

Tips

Tip

If using a Dremel, you may need to slightly modify the printed clamp to fit snugly.

Warning

Ensure the spindle cannot move during operation — any slip can damage the machine or workpiece.
